Erin's Formula A = M + N

If not you then who?

A while ago I wrote a guest post for a popular self development blog called PickTheBrain. The post was about life mantra's. I asked the Editor in Chief, Erin Falconer if she had a life mantra. She told me that hers was “If not me, who? If not now, when?” Click here to read more

Under promise and over deliver

Have you ever been in a situation where you have been really, really looking forward to something but when you get it, or go there, if it’s a place, the experience has been nowhere near as good as you were expecting? Now if it's because you have an over-active imagination and an unreasonable expectation, that’s entirely your own doing. Less is more
